Data Remediation Analyst l WFH

Job Description:

  • Review existing client records across multiple data sources (folders, databases, documents).
  • Ensure all client information is complete and accurately uploaded into the new Ops Console.
  • Organize and standardize client documentation (e.g., KYB/KYC documents, certificates of good standing, proof of address, corporate documents, etc.).
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or outdated information and flag it for remediation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Sales) to obtain missing documentation when needed.
  • Maintain trackers and progress reports to monitor remediation status.
  • Ensure data is entered consistently and in accordance with internal compliance and documentation standards.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in KYC/KYB, Compliance, Operations, or Client Onboarding (financial services, fintech, crypto, banking, brokerage, or similar).
  • Experience working with client documentation and regulatory/compliance records.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a project-based workload.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience with KYB/KYC remediation or onboarding reviews.
  • Experience in financial services, digital assets, fintech, or banking.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Ops consoles, or compliance tools.
  • Experience in data cleanup, migration, or remediation projects.
