We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving Jackson and surrounding rural areas.

We're looking for dependable, motivated drivers to join our team and deliver Amazon packages with care and professionalism.

Work Location: 1848 Lager Lane Jackson TN, 38305

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive a company-provided Amazon-branded van
  • Deliver 300–350 packages per shift
  • Use the Amazon Flex app for routing
  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Work independently while staying on schedule
  • Drive vehicles with cameras used to track healthy driving habits

Schedule:

  • Start time: Morning but varies by shift
  • Shifts are 8–10 hours
  • Must be available on weekends (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – Per company need)
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting at $22.75/hour
  • Paid training

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license (Tennessee or other U.S. state)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Able to work in rural conditions and all weather
  • Strong time management, reliability and customer service
  • Fluent in English
