Design QA Specialist (Canva Expert) | AU Client - WFH

About the Role:

We aren’t looking for a designer to start from scratch. We are looking for a Design QA Specialist with a rare, genuine design eye—someone who can look at a finished business document and immediately spot what is "off" (a heading crowding an image, inconsistent spacing, overlapping text boxes, or an unbalanced page). This is a hands-on fixing role. You will jump directly into Canva and polish layouts to an incredibly high, premium standard. If you are a perfectionist who gets uncomfortable when elements are 2 pixels out of alignment, you’ll love this role.

Logistics & Setup:

  • Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney Time (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time) – Enjoy a perfect day shift!
  • Location: Remote (Home-based, Philippines)
  • Engagement: Ongoing Contractor (Long-term)

What You’ll Do:

  • Design QA: Review finished business documents (brochures, reports, decks) for spacing, alignment, hierarchy, and overlap issues.
  • Hands-on Canva Polishing: Realign, resize, and rework elements in Canva so they look intentional and expensive.
  • Log Changes: Keep a disciplined, simple record of what you changed and why.
  • Export: Ensure final files are 100% clean and print-ready.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Elite "Design Eye": You instinctively understand white space, visual hierarchy, and clean, professional layout design.
  • Pro Canva Skills: You are fast, precise, and highly confident in Canva.
  • Obsessive Detail-Orientation: Nothing ships half-finished or misaligned.
  • Organized & Disciplined: You naturally log your edits as you work and communicate clearly in written English.
  • Great Attitude: Punctual, reliable, and highly receptive to constructive feedback.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience turning your edit logs into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with premium corporate print documents rather than busy social media ads.

Why Join Us?

  • Day Shift only (8 AM to 4 PM PH Time).
  • Stable, ongoing contractor role with a highly supportive team.

How We Screen (Our "Make or Break" Test):

We value real talent over a flashy resume. If shortlisted, we will send you a Canva document with hidden layout, spacing, and alignment errors. Before the interview, you will duplicate the template, fix the issues, and come prepared to walk us through what you changed and why. We want to see your design eye in action!
