Job Description:

  • Shape the Future of Digital Fashion
  • As a Digital Fashion & AI Designer, you'll create commercially successful virtual fashion for Avakin Life while helping shape the future of our creative pipeline. Using a combination of traditional design skills, AI tools and 3D workflows, you'll develop clothing collections that delight our players and support the continued growth of our in-game marketplace. You'll also play an important role in helping the wider team adopt new technologies, improve creative workflows and continuously raise the quality of our fashion content.

  • Build Outstanding Digital Assets
  • Produce high-quality 2D concepts, textures and 3D assets.
  • Work with tools such as Blender, Maya, CLO/Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure assets meet our artistic, technical and performance standards for mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with Character Art and Technical Art to ensure designs translate successfully into game-ready content.
  • Collaborate Across the Studio
  • Work closely with artists, developers, producers and marketing teams to bring new fashion collections to life.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning.
  • Share ideas openly and help solve creative challenges together.
  • Support the continual evolution of our content pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience creating digital fashion, costume or character apparel.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, colour and composition.
  • Experience using 3D content creation tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, CLO or Marvelous Designer.
  • Experience creating textures and materials using tools such as Substance Painter and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Confidence using modern AI creative tools as part of your design process.
  • Strong visual communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous learning.
  • Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience creating content for games or virtual worlds.
  • Experience designing fashion for avatars or digital characters.
  • Understanding of player behaviour, virtual economies or live-service games.
  • Experience contributing to marketing campaigns or digital fashion launches.
  • Experience developing AI workflows, prompt libraries or creative automation.
  • Interest in digital fashion, virtual identity or the future of self-expression in online worlds.
