Duties include but not limited to:

Marketing Strategy & Innovation

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop data-driven marketing strategies anchored on conversion and revenue growth
  • Translate business goals into performance marketing plans, with digital ads as a core driver of results
  • Combine creative direction with audience targeting and funnel strategy to maximize campaign effectiveness
Campaign Management (Multichannel)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize conversion-focused digital ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ensure campaigns are built with clear funnel structures (awareness, retargeting, conversion) and aligned messaging
  • Continuously refine targeting, creatives, and placements to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
Digital Marketing Leadership
  • Lead execution of paid media strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimized for leads, sales, and ROI—not just impressions or clicks
  • Drive creative testing (A/B testing of ads, copies, visuals, hooks) to identify high-converting combinations
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
Brand Management
  • Ensure all ad creatives are both on-brand and performance-driven, balancing storytelling with conversion intent
  • Guide the development of ad creatives that capture attention and drive action
Lead Generation & Growth
  • Build and optimize end-to-end digital sales funnels, including ads, landing pages, and retargeting strategies
  • Improve conversion rates across touchpoints through continuous testing and optimization
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality translates into actual revenue
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key conversion metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
  • Use data to identify drop-offs in the funnel and implement improvements
  • Provide clear reporting on ad performance tied directly to business outcomes
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead a team with a strong focus on performance marketing and conversion excellence
  • Instill a mindset of testing, optimization, and accountability to results
  • Mentor team members in running and scaling ads that deliver real business impact
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing high-budget, high-performing digital ad campaigns that generate leads and sales
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms, with a clear track record of conversion success
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
  • Experience in A/B testing, ad creative optimization, and performance scaling
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn ad data into actionable insights that improve ROI
  • Creative thinker who understands what makes ads convert—not just look good
System requirements:
  • Computer Processor: Intel 8th generation or newer/AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer
  • Computer Memory/RAM: At least 16.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
  • Computer OS: Windows 11 and future enterprise operating systems
  • Storage: 500 GB SSD
  • With licensed MS Office and extra monitor
  • Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
