Director of Brand Marketing - iGaming - Onsite, Philippines

<p><strong>Location: Onsite, Philippines</strong></p><p><strong>About the Hiring Company:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to own and elevate the brand equity of our online gaming portfolio across two distinct brands — a premium/VVIP brand and a high-volume mass-market brand. This is a senior leadership role responsible for everything that builds awareness, reputation, and brand preference — as distinct from direct-response acquisition, which sits with a separate Acquisition function.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings a strong, proven background in the online gambling / iGaming industry and understands how to build and protect a gaming brand in a regulated, competitive, fast-moving market. You will lead brand strategy, sponsorships, PR, creative, and awareness media, and manage the in-house creative team.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Brand Strategy & Identity</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own brand positioning, architecture, identity, and guidelines across both brands, ensuring each has a distinct and consistent voice appropriate to its segment (premium vs. mass-market).</p></li><li><p>Act as brand guardian across all consumer touchpoints.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Sponsorships & Endorsements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead sponsorship strategy and execution (sports, events, properties) and negotiate/manage endorsement and ambassador deals.</p></li><li><p>Maximize brand value and activation from every sponsorship asset.</p></li></ul><p><strong>PR, Communications & Reputation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own public relations, corporate communications, media relations, and reputation/crisis management.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Awareness Media (ATL)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan and manage above-the-line and awareness media (TV, OOH, radio, brand digital) measured on reach, sentiment, and brand lift.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Organic & Brand Social / Community</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own organic social presence, brand content, and community building across both brands.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Creative Production</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the in-house creative team; own creative direction, production, and brand consistency across all assets — including servicing the Acquisition team's performance-creative needs through an agreed service level.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Brand & Sponsorship Events</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own brand-building, VIP, and sponsorship-led events; partner with Acquisition on shared events (Acquisition leads sign-up activations; Brand leads brand/sponsorship/VIP events).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Leadership & Governance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage, mentor, and grow the brand and creative teams.</p></li><li><p>Manage agency and vendor relationships and the brand marketing budget.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all brand activity complies with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine regulatory and advertising-restriction environment for online gaming.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Interfaces</strong></p><ul><li><p>Director of Acquisition — clear handoff at the brand/performance line; Brand provides creative and brand assets, Acquisition drives measurable deposit-generating activity.</p></li><li><p>Director of Player Experience (CRM/Retention) — align brand tone across the player lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Product, Compliance/Legal, and Payments teams as needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Success Measures (Illustrative)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Brand awareness, consideration, and preference lift across target segments.</p></li><li><p>Share of voice vs. key competitors.</p></li><li><p>Sponsorship ROI and activation value.</p></li><li><p>Brand sentiment and reputation metrics.</p></li><li><p>Creative throughput and quality; SLA adherence for acquisition creative.</p></li><li><p>Delivery of brand and sponsorship events on budget and to standard.</p></li></ul><p><strong>The Successful Candidate:</strong></p><p><strong>Must-have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven senior brand marketing experience within the online gambling / iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or similar) — this is essential.</p></li><li><p>Track record building and scaling gaming or gaming-adjacent consumer brands in a regulated environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Experience in Philippine market and PAGCOR-regulated advertising environment.</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong command of sponsorships, PR, awareness media, and creative leadership.</p></li><li><p>Experience managing in-house creative teams and external agencies.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of the marketing distinction between brand-building and performance/acquisition, and how the two must work together.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-informed environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience across both premium/VIP and mass-market gaming audiences</p></li><li><p>Experience navigating gaming advertising restrictions and compliant creative.</p></li><li><p>Established relationships across media, sponsorship properties, and talent in the region.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>If the position has caught your attention and you wish to apply, please upload your CV along with your contact info.
