Job Overview - Employment Type: Full-time - Industry: Accounting & Finance - Work Setup: Onsite in Makati for the first six months to immerse yourself in the business and collaborate closely with senior executives, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter The Qualifications We Seek - At least 5 years of experience as a Document Support Specialist. - Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality document support with exceptional accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a structured professional environment. Your Daily Tasks Administrative & Business Support - Deliver day-to-day in-scope administrative and business support for leaders, teams, and the firm through system-generated requests, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes. - Execute tasks with speed and accuracy while adhering to established processes, templates, governance, and service standards. Workflow Coordination - Track actions, dependencies, and follow-ups through to completion, escalating issues, risks, or capacity constraints to the Senior Business Support Specialist when required. - Engage with Executive Support Specialists for executive-related requests, ensuring the prompt completion of workflows. Service Excellence - Apply consistent quality checks and controls across all deliverables. - Identify practical efficiency improvements and raise suggestions through the Senior Business Support Specialist or Business Support Lead. Role Competencies - Business Support Operations - Process activity-based requests accurately and on time through established channels and the ticketing system. - Workflow Execution - Follow established processes, manage your own work queue, and proactively flag risks and dependencies to the Team Lead. - Output Quality & Standards - Deliver work aligned with firm standards while applying version control and using technology effectively to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Stakeholder Service - Communicate clearly with requestors and peers, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on progress. - Tracking & Dashboard Use - Capture activity data accurately and leverage dashboards and technology to monitor workload and identify issues early.
