E-commerce Product Manager (Shopify) — Remote, Philippines

Full-time | Permanent work-from-home | Australian business hours (AEST)

About us

We're an established Australian print and signage business taking our full product range online. Our Shopify store lets customers order signs, flags, banners, displays and more — and design them themselves through an online design portal. We're building out a catalogue of hundreds of products and templates, and we need someone to own it.

The role

You'll be the person who takes a product from "we should sell this" to live and selling. That means owning the entire product lifecycle on our Shopify store, end to end:
  • Product setup — create and manage Shopify listings, including multi-size variants, options and SKUs
  • Pricing — review and maintain pricing across sizes and quantities, keeping us competitive and profitable
  • Content — write and polish product descriptions, specs, images and SEO content so every listing converts
  • Templates — coordinate our design template library in our web-to-print platform: brief the prepress artist, check files, connect templates to the right products and sizes, and test the customer design experience before anything goes live
  • Quality control — click through every product like a customer would; nothing launches until it works
  • Launch coordination — work with marketing to plan and execute product launches: timing, campaigns, promotions and post-launch review
You'll work closely with our production team, prepress artist and marketing to keep everything moving. This is a hands-on role — you're in the Shopify admin and the design portal every day, not just writing strategy documents.

What you'll bring

Must have

  • Solid hands-on Shopify admin experience — products, variants, collections, pricing, apps
  • Excellent written English — you can write a product description that sells and understands basic SEO
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice the typo, the wrong price, the broken variant
  • Proven ability to run projects end to end and coordinate multiple people to a deadline
  • Reliable home internet and your own computer, available during Australian business hours (AEST)
  • Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
Nice to have:
  • Print, signage or web-to-print industry experience
  • Experience with online design tools or product personalisation platforms (Customer's Canvas, Zakeke, Printful or similar)
  • Basic design literacy — able to open files in Adobe tools and check dimensions, bleed and layers
  • Experience working remotely with Australian or other international teams
Why join us
  • Own something visible: the store is the business, and you'll shape it
  • Permanent work-from-home — no commute, ever
  • Small team, fast decisions — no committees between you and shipping
  • A genuinely interesting problem: hundreds of products, each one customisable, all needing to just work
  • Long-term, stable role with a growing e-commerce business
How to apply Send your resume and a short note telling us about a product range or online store you've managed end to end — what you owned, what you improved, and one example of a listing or process you'd fix. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short practical task in Shopify.
