Overview

Citi's Early ID Program is designed to identify and develop future talent through mentorship, training, professional development, and career exploration opportunities.

This exclusive three-week virtual experience provides undergraduate sophomores with the opportunity to learn more about Citi, strengthen their professional skills, build meaningful connections, and explore career opportunities across the firm.

Program Experience

The Early ID Program is designed for undergraduate sophomores interested in exploring careers within financial services and learning more about opportunities at Citi.

As part of the application process, students will select a business track aligned with their interests. For Fall 2026, students may apply to opportunities within either the Banking track or the Markets track.

Throughout the program, participants will engage with Citi professionals, participate in virtual programming, and receive guidance designed to support their professional growth and preparation for future recruiting opportunities.

About This Opportunity

As part of Citi's Early ID Program, you are applying for a specific opportunity within the Healthcare Investment Banking track located in San Francisco.

While participants engage in a shared Early ID experience that includes mentorship, training, and professional development, each opportunity provides unique exposure aligned to the business area and location for which you are applying.

Eligibility Qualifications

We want to hear from you if:
  • You are currently a sophomore enrolled in a four-year bachelor's degree program from an accredited institution.
  • This program is open to all students. We encourage applications from students who are motivated, curious, and interested in exploring careers within financial services.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above is preferred.

Application Guidelines

Students may submit applications to a maximum of two (2) Early ID opportunities.

A separate application is required for each opportunity.

Only the first two completed applications submitted by a candidate will be considered.
