What You’ll Be Doing

* Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.

* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS.

* Test new audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.

* Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

* Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-converting ads.

* Monitor key KPIs including CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

* Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce brands.

✅ Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns.

✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

✅ Experience with Shopify and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Bonus if you have experience with:

* TikTok Ads

* Google Ads

* Triple Whale, Hyros, or Northbeam

* Health & Wellness or Supplement brands
