Ecommerce Product Listing Specialist (Shopify, TikTok Shop & Etsy)

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Product Listing Specialist to join our team at Soulmate Customs.

We're launching new personalized products every week, and we’re looking for someone who can take approved product assets and turn them into high-converting product listings across our sales channels.

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing listings for ecommerce and print-on-demand businesses.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and publish product listings on Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Etsy (and more soon).
  • Upload product images and organize listing assets.
  • Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and SEO keywords.
  • Decide whether a product should be added as a new listing or as a variation of an existing product.
  • Configure product options, variants, personalization fields, pricing, shipping settings, and collections.
  • Sync products with our print-on-demand fulfillment platform.
  • Test listings before they go live to ensure everything functions correctly.
  • Order product samples when new products are ready for launch.
  • Work closely with our graphic design team to ensure listings are accurate and launch-ready.
  • Help organize our growing product catalog and identify opportunities to improve it.

Requirements
  • Experience managing product listings on Shopify (required).
  • Experience with TikTok Shop and Etsy (required)
  • Experience working with print-on-demand businesses and fulfillment integrations (required)
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce SEO, keywords, and product optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and make thoughtful decisions without constant direction.
  • Strong written English.
  • Experience launching new products is highly preferred.
