English Language Arts Tutor for US Students | ₱250/Hour + Paid Standby | Part-Time AM Shift | WFH

Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening online to small groups of US PreK–Grade 5 students using a structured curriculum based on the gradual-release model: I do, we do, you do.

What you'll receive:

  • ₱250/hour for delivered classes

  • ₱125/hour when a scheduled class is cancelled or a student does not attend

  • Regular student roster

  • Client-specific training and weekly coaching

  • HMO coverage

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–11:00 AM Philippine Time
Commitment: 20 hours per week

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree with original diploma

  • 120-hour TESOL/TEFL certification

  • At least two years of experience teaching children online

  • Familiarity with US Common Core ELA standards an advantage

  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills

  • Clear, confident spoken English

  • NBI clearance or proof of application

  • Reliable equipment, wired internet, backup connection, and four-hour power backup

Equipment requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher

  • Minimum 8GB RAM and CPU score of 3500+

  • External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset

  • Wired internet with 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup connection

  • Power backup capable of running for at least 8 hours

A teaching license and experience teaching US elementary students are strongly preferred.
