About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior WordPress Developer with strong

Elementor experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone

who already understands the fundamentals of building high-quality websites and

is ready to apply those skills in a structured, collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining websites and ad landing pages

using Elementor, working within established templates and systems while

ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accuracy across all builds. While

much of the work follows defined structures, this role requires someone who can

think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to refining

our processes over time.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on execution, quality, and continuous

improvement, with opportunities to grow into more advanced development

responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build new websites and ad landing pages using Elementor

- Maintain and update existing websites and landing pages

- Work within established templates while adapting layouts as needed

- Implement and manage Custom Post Types (CPTs) and custom fields

- Ensure responsive, mobile-first builds across all devices

- Translate Figma designs into clean, accurate page builds

- Apply consistent spacing, layout structure, and design standards

- Troubleshoot layout, styling, and plugin-related issues

- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, ads, and account

management

- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Identify and suggest improvements to templates, workflows, and build

processes

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience building websites with WordPress

- Strong hands-on experience with Elementor (including responsive design)

- Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

- Strong understanding of page structure, hierarchy, and layout consistency

- Understanding of core WordPress concepts (themes, plugins, CPTs)

- Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar tools

- Ability to accurately translate designs into functional builds

- Basic knowledge of CSS for layout and styling adjustments

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, consistent work

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM)

- Experience working from Figma designs

- Basic experience with PHP or WordPress hooks

- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment

- Familiarity with structured, template-based build systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
