Customer Service Representative

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This opportunity is open to both college graduates and qualified candidates with relevant customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

  • College graduates: No prior work experience required.
  • Non-college graduates: At least 12 months of customer-facing experience in roles such as retail, cashiering, hospitality, front desk, sales, or similar positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely assistance to customers through appropriate communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while following company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate handling of account information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams when additional assistance or issue resolution is required.
