Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Associate (Ref:ESLTALK) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners in an online classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering interactive lessons, guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities, and using digital tools to support language acquisition.

The associate will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records of lessons and attendance, communicating with supervisors or support staff when needed, and participating in ongoing training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of ESL methodologies.
