Entry Level: Insurance Broker Admin

At Labrador Insurance Brokers, we are seeking a Junior Broker Admin based or near Metro Manila to join our team remotely on a full-time basis.

About us -

We are a Filipino owned insurance broking practice specialising in tailor-made insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. Our brokerage is based in Sydney, Australia with a team in the Philippines.

We’re best known for managing insurance portfolios for our clients, covering both business and personal insurance needs. With our training and support, you will be comfortable and efficient in the completion of daily tasks.

The essence of the role is simple -

  • Work closely with our team in Sydney to serve their allocated clients on the many obligations of insurance broking in Australia.
  • Process of managing and processing new business, renewals, and policy preparation and maintenance including amendments and endorsement.
The successful candidate will have-
  • Completed college or a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in insurance is desirable but not essential, we are open to candidates willing to learn and grow.
  • Experience in administration and process
  • Access to secure and reliable internet connection with minimal power outages in your area
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with insurance stakeholders and your team
  • The ability to work both independently and autonomously
  • Comprehensive computer literacy
Skills & Experience-
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on the Australian insurance industry.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive and professional work ethic.
  • Have a solution-oriented mindset and effectively handle client inquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on Insight Program and other insurance relevant portals.
