About the Role

As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Your role is to understand each client's needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and help guide them through the next steps.

You'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders while developing highly transferable skills in communication, client relationship management, virtual sales, and customer service.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients

  • Build rapport by understanding each client's needs and goals

  • Explain available benefit options in a clear, professional, and consultative manner

  • Answer questions and provide an outstanding client experience

  • Guide qualified clients through the enrollment process

  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM and digital business tools

  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team development meetings

  • Collaborate with mentors and leadership to achieve personal and team goals
