We are looking for a highly analytical ERP Quality Assurance Engineer who is passionate about quality, business processes, and delivering exceptional software.

This role goes beyond finding bugs. You will ensure every feature meets business requirements, works across integrated modules, and provides an outstanding experience for our clients.

Position Summary The ERP Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, documenting, and improving the quality assurance process across all SynX products.

You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and AI-powered development tools to ensure every release is stable, secure, scalable, and production-ready.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Testing

  • Test newly developed features before release.
  • Validate Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) operations.
  • Verify forms, validations, reports, filters, dashboards, exports, imports, and printing.
  • Test user permissions and role-based access.
  • Verify email notifications and automation workflows.
Business Process Testing Understand and validate complete business workflows including:
  • Lead to Quotation
  • Quotation to Sales Order
  • Sales Order to Delivery
  • Delivery to Invoice
  • Invoice to Payment
  • Payment to Accounting
Additional ERP modules include:
  • Inventory
  • Purchasing
  • Warehouse
  • HR

Integration Testing Ensure all modules communicate correctly.

Regression Testing
  • Re-test existing features after every deployment.
  • Maintain regression test suites.
  • Verify previous bugs remain fixed.
  • Ensure new features do not break existing functionality.
Multi-Tenant Testing Validate SaaS tenant isolation by ensuring:
  • Tenant data is completely isolated.
  • Users cannot access another tenant's records.
  • Reports only display tenant-specific information.
  • APIs enforce tenant boundaries.
  • File storage and uploads remain tenant-specific.
Security Testing

Required Qualifications
