About Us

Our client is a fast-growing, New York-based technology startup building innovative messaging
API solutions. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to support their CEO and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys creating
structure, managing priorities, and supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced startup
environment.
The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing schedules,
coordinating meetings, organizing priorities, and ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic
business initiatives.
This position will begin with core executive support responsibilities and may expand over time
as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule
● Coordinate meetings and appointments across multiple stakeholders
● Prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly commitments
● Schedule personal and professional appointments when required
● Monitor calendars and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
● Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when needed
● Support general administrative and organizational tasks
● Maintain clear communication and follow-up on action items
● Assist with inbox management and meeting preparation as required

Requirements
● Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative
Assistant
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● High attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Experience using:
○ Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
○ Slack
● Ability to work independently and proactively
● Professional, trustworthy, and highly confidential approach to sensitive information
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Working Hours
● Full-time (40 hours per week)
● Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
● Flexibility to occasionally support outside standard hours when business needs require
● Potential for occasional evening or weekend support

● Previous experience working remotely
● Startup experience is highly desirable
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
