Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for an Executive Health Coach. The key responsibilities include providing personalized coaching to high-performing clients, designing and implementing customized health, fitness, and wellness plans, and tracking client progress in areas such as nutrition, exercise, sleep optimization, and stress management. The role also involves offering evidence-based wellness advice, conducting regular coaching sessions, and ensuring clients meet their health and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Nutrition and Weight Management principles to help clients meet health and wellness targets
  • Proficiency in Wellness Coaching and Health & Wellness strategies to guide clients toward long-term, sustainable performance
  • Experience in Coaching techniques to motivate high-performing individuals and deliver impactful results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and inspire clients
  • Knowledge or certifications in related areas (e.g., sports science, or health coaching) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
  • Experience working with executives or individuals in high-demand roles is highly desirable
Salary: GBP 50000 - 70000 per year
