Remote Data Entry Operator will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Division by entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy into our customer information system and other Public Works software. This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment, independent thinking, and personal initiative. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain utility accounts with precision and attention to detail. Verify account eligibility and accessibility to ensure compliance with our standards. Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Scan or retain documents as per our data management policies, ensuring all records are secure and easily accessible.

Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to identify areas for improvement. Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to support our operational analysis and strategic planning.
