Experienced Remote Telephone Interviewer – Flexible On-Call Work Plans for a Marketing Opinion Research Firm

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality research services to our clients, and we are now seeking experienced Remote Telephone Interviewers to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for highly motivated and organized individuals to work from home as Remote Telephone Interviewers. As a Remote Telephone Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting surveys with respondents over the phone, reading scripted surveys, and entering answers into a home computer or laptop. This is an on-call position, and we offer flexible on-call work plans to suit all types of schedules. Key Responsibilities * Conduct surveys with respondents over the phone, reading scripted surveys and entering answers into a home computer or laptop * Virtually cold call respondents to participate in surveys * Meet or exceed daily and weekly productivity targets * Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in survey data collection * Work independently with minimal supervision * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate the internet and knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Fluency in English; bilingual positions available for those who are fluent in Spanish * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets Preferred Qualifications * Experience in market research or a related field * Familiarity with survey research methods and techniques * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Experience with data entry and management software Technical Requirements * A minimum download speed of 10 mbps * A minimum upload speed of 10 mbps * Windows 10 or 11 Operating system, with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram and an 8th generation processor * Mac OS 13 (ventura) or higher, with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram * Equipment must be approved by our IT Department after submission * NO Chromebooks/Chromium OS compatible Work Schedule * This is an on-call position, and we offer flexible on-call work plans to suit all types of schedules * Must have on-call availability one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) * Hours of position: * Monday to Friday: 5 pm – 10 pm EST / 4 pm - 9 pm CST * Weekends: * Sat 11 am - 7 pm EST / 10 am - 6 pm CST * Sun 1 pm-9 pm EST/12 pm-8 pm CST * 12 am EST / 11 pm CST availability is preferred!
