Facebook/Instagram Ads Specialist for Local Home Service Company – Lead Generation

We are a growing residential painting company serving the Metro Detroit area and are looking for an experienced **Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads specialist** to build and launch a lead-generation campaign.

Our goal is straightforward: **generate qualified local homeowners who are actively interested in interior or exterior painting estimates.**

### What We're Looking For

We need someone who can:

* Develop a Meta Ads strategy for a local painting/home-service business

* Set up and launch the campaigns in our Meta Ads account

* Recommend appropriate campaign structure, targeting, and budget

* Write compelling ad copy

* Help develop/select creatives using photos and videos from our actual projects

* Set up Facebook lead forms and/or recommend an appropriate landing-page strategy

* Set up proper conversion and lead tracking

* Create multiple ads for testing

* Monitor the initial campaign and make adjustments based on performance

* Help us understand the key numbers we should be tracking, particularly cost per lead and cost per booked estimate

### Ideal Experience

We're particularly interested in someone who has successfully run Meta Ads for:

* Painting companies

* Roofing, remodeling, landscaping, HVAC, or other home-service businesses

* Local service businesses where the objective is generating estimate requests rather than e-commerce sales

**Please include examples of previous local lead-generation campaigns and actual results when possible.**

### Initial Project

We would like to start with a **fixed-price campaign setup and launch** rather than immediately committing to a long-term management contract.

If the initial campaign performs well and we work well together, we would be interested in discussing **ongoing monthly campaign management and optimization.**

We will provide our own project photos, before-and-after photos, company information, service areas, offers, and other materials needed to create the campaign.

### When Applying, Please Answer:

1. Have you run Meta Ads for painting contractors or other home-service companies? Please describe your experience.

2. What cost per lead have you typically seen for residential home-service campaigns?

3. Would you recommend Facebook lead forms or sending traffic to a landing page for this campaign, and why?

4. What would you include in your fixed-price setup?

5. What monthly ad spend would you recommend for an initial test?

6. How would you determine whether the campaign is working after the first 30–60 days?

7. If we continue working together, what would you charge for ongoing monthly management?

**Important:** We want to own and maintain full administrative access to our Meta Business Manager, ad account, pixel/dataset, campaigns, lead data, and other advertising assets. The campaign should be built inside our accounts rather than an agency-owned account.
