Facebook Live Content Moderator for Real-Time Comment Moderation

We are looking for a reliable Facebook Live Content Moderator to monitor comments during our livestreams in real time.

This is an ongoing, long-term position. We typically go live every day and may have two or three livestreams in one day. Our schedule varies, so the selected person must be flexible and able to join with only a few hours of notice. Some livestreams may be announced at the last minute.

Responsibilities:

* Join every assigned Facebook Live on time.

* Continuously monitor comments throughout the entire livestream.

* Immediately remove negative, hateful, disrespectful, offensive, spam, or disruptive comments.

* Mute or block repeat offenders according to our instructions.

* Understand the difference between harmful comments, normal questions, and genuine customer inquiries.

* Notify us about any serious or unusual situations.

* Follow our moderation guidelines consistently.

Requirements:

* Strong written English and the ability to understand American expressions and slang.

* Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer or smartphone.

* Ability to respond quickly when notified about an upcoming livestream.

* Comfortable working a flexible and sometimes last-minute schedule.

* Careful, attentive, and able to make quick decisions.

* Previous Facebook, livestream, chat, or community-moderation experience is helpful but not required.

This is an hourly position through Upwork. Work hours will depend on our livestream schedule and may vary from day to day.
