Fence Installer

A local company in Jonesboro is hiring a dependable Fence Installer for a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position on a Monday–Friday Day Shift. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working outdoors and in the elements, installing wood, vinyl, metal, and chain link fencing, digging post holes, setting posts with concrete, and assembling fence materials. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, works well with a team, and has at least 1 year of construction or building trade experience.

Responsibilities

  • Dig fence post holes and set posts using concrete.
  • Install and assemble wood, vinyl, metal, and chain link fencing.
  • Operate shovels, power tools, and other job-related equipment.
  • Work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Work as part of a team while learning all aspects of fence installation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of construction or building trade experience.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to safely operate a shovel and power tools.
  • Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with a team.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
