<p><strong>Financial Manager</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Financial Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Type:</strong> <strong>Hourly Contract</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> <strong>$70 –$110/hour</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> <strong>Remote – United States</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>This opportunity is for experienced <strong>Financial Managers and finance leaders</strong> interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.</p><p>You'll apply your real-world financial management expertise to evaluate AI-generated financial plans, workflows, and recommendations for <strong>accuracy, financial soundness, regulatory considerations, and analytical rigor</strong>.</p><p>The role is focused on applying practical financial management judgment to realistic business and financial scenarios.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate AI-generated <strong>financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial management deliverables</strong> for accuracy, quality, and practical relevance.</li><li>Compare AI-generated responses and assess them based on <strong>financial soundness, regulatory considerations, analytical rigor, and business judgment</strong>.</li><li>Review financial scenarios involving <strong>cash flow management, budgeting, pricing decisions, financial reporting, and financial planning</strong>.</li><li>Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing assumptions, and potential risks in AI-generated financial outputs.</li><li>Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated financial content.</li><li>Apply professional financial judgment to realistic management and decision-making scenarios.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4+ years of professional experience</strong> as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, Branch Manager, Financial Planning Manager, Financial Reporting Manager, or in a closely related financial management role.</li><li>Experience overseeing <strong>accounting, banking, credit, insurance, securities, or financial planning activities</strong> at the branch, office, department, or organizational level.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to evaluate financial information objectively and provide well-reasoned professional judgments.</li><li>Excellent <strong>written English communication skills</strong>.</li><li>Ability to commit <strong>20+ hours per week</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate.</li><li><strong>Expected Duration:</strong> Approximately <strong>4–6 weeks</strong>.</li><li><strong>Work Format:</strong> Remote and project-based.</li><li><strong>Payment:</strong> Initial work may be <strong>task-based</strong>, with payment provided upon approval of the first completed task.
