What you will do: Sub Franchise Development : Supports the end-to-end sub-franchising process, including lead generation, screening, due diligence, onboarding, and store opening. Contract Management : Handles franchising documents and agreements, ensuring accurate tracking, organization , and timely updates. Administrative Support : Provides day-to-day support to the Franchising Team, including coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers. Data Monitoring : Maintains and monitors sub-franchise records, store status and business review documentation to ensure accuracy and visibility. Compliance Tracking : Oversees licensing requirements and billing requests to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.

What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the franchising or licensing is an advantage. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
