Position Overview

We are seeking a Friendly Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Florida. This role focuses on providing high‑quality chat and email support to our customers. No technical background is required—just a reputed company desire to help people, strong written communication skills, and a positive attitude. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of arenaflex, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner.
  • Use provided templates and knowledge base articles to address common questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Maintain a consistent tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values—friendly, helpful, and human.
  • Escalate complex or unusual issues to the appropriate internal teams while keeping the customer informed.
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify patterns or recurring problems and share reputed company with the product and support teams.
