Wages and Compensation

Hourly Wage: $16-$29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Overview

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet customers, process returns and refunds, and handle financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and this role may require standing for long periods.
