Full-Stack Integration Lead | Palantir Foundry / AIP

Position Overview
 
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack / Integration Lead to lead the integration of data, machine learning, AI, Palantir Foundry/AIP, and application-development capabilities into end-to-end solutions supporting Army Vantage.
 
The ideal candidate will have broad technical experience across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Python, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, React, and TypeScript, along with hands-on experience integrating these technologies into production or mission-focused solutions.
 
This role is primarily focused on technical integration, solution architecture, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with Data/ML Engineers, Foundry Developers, application developers, architects, and mission stakeholders to ensure that backend, analytical, AI, data, and user-facing components work together as a cohesive solution.
Professional Experience
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Demonstrated experience designing dimensional data models for analytical, reporting, or enterprise data environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects involving modern data, AI/ML, application development, and integration technologies.
Experience integrating multiple technical components into scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge and project experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.
Hands-on or project-based experience with Python and Machine Learning.
Familiarity with Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-enabled application development.
Experience with React and TypeScript and modern web application development concepts.
Understanding of how data platforms, AI/ML services, backend systems, APIs, and user interfaces interact within an integrated architecture.
Experience integrating REST APIs, backend services, data services, and application interfaces.
Experience with technical testing, troubleshooting, integration, and deployment activities.
Experience using AI tools such as LLMs and coding agents to augment software development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
