Today we are hiring a Remote, skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician.

Our client is seeking compassionate and skilled licensed behavioral health clinicians to join a multi-state virtual provider network. This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for evening and weekend appointments. Clinicians will provide care primarily to adolescents and adults, focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns. The position supports a 100% virtual work environment with steady caseloads and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHC)

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

eClinicalWorks

Practice Partner EMR

EHR Implementation

Key Responsibilities
● Provide virtual behavioral health services to adolescents ages 6 and up, adults, and families based on provider preference
● Maintain clear, timely, and clinically sound documentation
● Ensure compliance with medical necessity and treatment planning requirements
● Use virtual care workflows and EMR systems effectively
● Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Schedule and Shift Details
● Flexible scheduling with evening appointments, weekend availability, and consistent weekly scheduling for continuity of care.

States Therapists can be licensed in:
Alabama
Arkansas
Maine
Michigan
New Hampshire
New Jersey (has to be comfortable working with minors)
Oregon
Pennsylvania (has to be comfortable working with minors)

All Clinical titles Accepted:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

This is a part-time contractor role.

No-show pay is included in this model

Multi-state licensure is a strong advantage. Bilingual providers, especially Spanish and Arabic speaking, are in high demand across all states.
