About the RoleWere looking for a results-driven Gambling Ads Specialist with deep experience in affiliate and performance marketing across high-risk verticals. You will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of digital advertising campaigns for gambling, betting, and related offers across a range of geographies and platforms.If youre highly analytical, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to drive ROI from challenging traffic sources, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across verticals like online casinos, sports betting, RMG apps.Execute campaigns across various channels: Telegram, adult networks, push/pop, native, Tambola, and more.Build and scale campaigns in regulated regions (e.g., US, Canada) and unregulated markets (e.g., India, Brazil, Philippines).Identify and connect with group admins and media partners, especially in Telegram, related forums and affiliate networks.Optimize creatives and landing pages using data (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).Track, report, and improve funnel performance using tools like Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, and spreadsheets.Set up S2S postbacks, UTM tracking, and manage multiple affiliate network integrations.Stay compliant with regional laws and platform policies, rotate creatives and landers to avoid bans.Test aggressively and scale winning campaigns while keeping risk and spend under control.Key Requirements24 years in gambling/betting performance marketing.Experience with high-risk verticals (crypto, adult, etc.) is a plus.Daily Reporting of tasks done and plans for the next day.Weekly and Monthly dashboard comparisons to see how the campaigns are performing and scope of improvement.Deep hands-on experience running campaigns via:Telegram (including paid posts, bots, community building)Adult traffic networks (TrafficJunky, ExoClick)Push/pop traffic (Zeropark, PropellerAds)Native ads (MGID, Revcontent)In-app and Tambola promotionsStrong understanding of:Performance metrics: CPA, ROI, CTR, funnel conversion ratesTracking setups: S2S postbacks, affiliate links, Google Tag ManagerComfortable managing large daily budgetsCapable of writing or briefing compelling ad copy, landing pages, and banner specs.Experience managing ad rejections, bans, and compliance workarounds.Independent, but collaborative can work solo or with partners, reps, and internal teams.Comfortable with flexible or odd hours to match traffic peaks in global markets.Preferred Tools & PlatformsVoluum, RedTrack, BinomAppsFlyer, Google Tag ManagerExcel, Google Sheets, Looker StudioTelegram bots and automation toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay with performance bonusesFlexible working hours and locationAccess to exclusive affiliate offers and toolsWork with a high-growth team in a fast-moving verticalAutonomy, ownership, and opportunity to scale campaigns globallyTo ApplySend your CV and a short loom/screen recording video outlining your most successful campaign (geo, vertical, spend, and results) and any Telegram groups or channels youve worked with gambling, adult or unregulated ads.
