As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will-

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
  • Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
  • Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
  • Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
  • Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
