This is a generalist internship designed to give the right candidate broad exposure to how a high-performing partnerships function operates — from building reports and tracking initiatives to testing AI tools and conducting market research.</div> <div> </div> <div>The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to contribute across a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.</div> <div> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <div class="posting-requirements plain-list" data-qa="posting-requirements"> <div> <div> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Data & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation and distribution of recurring partnership reports (daily, weekly, monthly)</li> <li>Support data validation and basic quality checks on report outputs</li> <li>Help maintain and update dashboards and performance trackers with up-to-date partnership data</li> <li>Conduct basic data pulls and formatting tasks to support ad-hoc analysis requests</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Project & Operations Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Update and maintain project trackers, task lists, and milestone logs for active Partnerships initiatives</li> <li>Support meeting preparation — drafting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up actions to completion</li> <li>Assist in the documentation of operational processes, workflows, and reporting procedures</li> <li>Flag timeline risks or missing action items to the Partnerships Operations Analyst or team lead</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>AI Tools & Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Actively use AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and others) to support research, drafting, summarization, and day-to-day task execution</li> <li>Help test and document AI-assisted workflows being piloted within the team</li> <li>Bring a curious, experimental mindset to identifying where AI tools can save time or improve output quality</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"> <strong>Research & Content Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct research on partners, market trends, and competitive landscape as needed by the Partnerships team</li> <li>Support the drafting of internal documents, briefings, summaries, and presentations</li> <li>Assist with the preparation of materials for stakeholder meetings and partner communications</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"> </p></div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <div class="posting-requirements plain-list" data-qa="posting-requirements"> <div> <div> <p dir="ltr">We care more about mindset than a perfect CV. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 18,400.
