GoHighLevel & E-commerce Support Specialist (Shopify/WordPress)

Job Overview Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GoHighLevel & E-commerce Support Specialist (Shopify/WordPress) online store operations and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, website updates, and basic customer support to maintain a high standard of digital presence. Schedule - Flexible working hours within Sydney, Australia business hours (20 hours per week) Responsibilities - E-Commerce Store Management: Upload and manage product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, and variants; update product information, stock levels, and collections/categories; monitor product pages to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Website Content & Updates: Perform routine website updates, including banners, landing pages, and promotional content; upload blogs, product pages, and marketing content; ensure pages are properly formatted and optimized for desktop and mobile. - Order & Customer Support: Monitor incoming orders and flag issues or discrepancies; assist with order tracking inquiries and basic customer support related to purchases; coordinate with fulfillment teams when needed. - Promotions & Campaign Support: Assist with launching sales, discount codes, and promotions; update website banners and promotional sections during campaigns; support marketing teams with product pages and landing pages for campaigns. - Website Maintenance & QA: Perform regular checks to ensure website functionality; test links, forms, checkout processes, and product pages; report bugs or technical issues to the appropriate team. Requirements - Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience supporting an e-commerce business. - Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar CMS. - GHL Requirement: Solid experience utilizing GoHighLevel is mandatory for this position. - E-commerce Literacy: Familiarity with product uploads, website updates, online store management, and standard e-commerce workflows. - Operational Habits: Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot technical errors; good written communication skills. - Autonomy: Ability to follow structured processes and work independently under remote operations. Qualifications - Basic knowledge of SEO for product pages (Preferred). - Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp (Preferred). - Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing software (Preferred). - Direct experience working within WordPress architectures (Preferred). - Experience working with apps, plugins, or integrations in e-commerce platforms (Preferred).
