Google Ads / PPC Specialist Needed for Local Tech Marketplace Launch (Fairfax, VA)

I am the single owner of ProMatch Maids LLC, a digital tech marketplace platform connecting residential consumers with solo independent cleaning contractors. The platform architecture (BookingKoala, Stripe Connect, Checkr, and Sona AI) is nearly complete.

I am seeking a lean, data-driven Google PPC Expert to set up, monitor, and optimize our launch campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

•Hyper-Local Targeting: Configure search campaigns locked strictly to our 4 core anchor launch zip codes in Virginia (22030, 22033, 22039, and 22182).

• Budget Management: Optimize campaigns under a strict $500/month maximum ad spend cap to maximize high-intent clicks while minimizing waste.

• Keyword Strategy: Build out negative keyword lists from day one to filter out non-converting search terms (e.g., commercial cleaning, job seekers, maid employment).

• Conversion Tracking: Verify that conversion tracking links up flawlessly with our frontend booking form goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record setting up local service/marketplace PPC campaigns in the US.

• Expertise in maximizing small, highly targeted launch budgets.

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to stick to a clear, milestone-based timeline.

QUESTIONS:

1. How will you ensure our ads only show to users physically located inside our 4 target zip codes (22030, 22033, 22039, 22182), rather than people searching about Fairfax from other states?

2. Given our lean launch budget of $500/month, what bidding strategy do you recommend for our initial 30 days to maximize our conversions?

3. Can you provide 3 specific negative keywords you would add to our campaign on day one to keep us from paying for non-buying clicks?
