ROLE

We're seeking a skilled Google Analytics Engineer for a part-time role (5–10 hours per week) focused on getting analytics tracking implemented correctly across Nexus Marketing's clients and Foundry for Good's family of brands.

This is primarily an implementation and engineering role. You'll own the technical side of measurement — GA4 configuration, Google Tag Manager, event and conversion tracking, data layer setup, and the troubleshooting that ensures the numbers are accurate and trustworthy. Other teams handle most of the analysis and interpretation; your job is to make sure the tracking foundation underneath them is solid.

The role is async and flexible — you set your own hours week to week — with the one requirement that you can hop on a call between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET when needed. Being comfortable joining client calls to explain implementations is a big plus.

This is an ideal role for someone who's genuinely good at analytics engineering and wants meaningful, flexible part-time work across a portfolio of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and maintain GA4 across Nexus client and Foundry for Good properties, including migration cleanup

  • Implement event tracking, custom events, conversions, and goals

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including data layer configuration

  • Build Looker Studio dashboards and reporting as needed

  • Handle cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging where required

  • Debug and resolve tracking issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability

  • Document tracking setups and implementations for internal teams

  • Join client calls to explain implementations and answer technical questions (a big plus)

  • Collaborate with account, SEO, and analytics teams who handle downstream analysis

SETUP

  • This is a work-from-home, part-time role

  • Target of 5–10 hours per week, paid hourly

  • Async and flexible scheduling — you set your own hours week to week

  • Must be available to join calls between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, part-time role

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average

  • Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

  • Hands-on expertise implementing GA4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Strong experience with event tracking, conversions, and data layer configuration

  • Experience with Looker Studio for dashboards and reporting

  • Familiarity with cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging

  • Strong debugging skills and a sharp eye for data accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal oversight

  • Comfortable joining client calls to explain technical work clearly (a big plus)

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

ORG OVERVIEW

Meet the Team

We currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we're excited to add new team members to this new role!

There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying.

  • You must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. There are thousands of jobs. If being involved in the success of nonprofits is something you're truly passionate about, this could be a great role.

  • You must be extremely comfortable with change. As a small growing company, decisions can be made over a weekend and fully implemented by early the next week. Whether that's new systems, new processes, or new approaches, we look for individuals who can adapt and thrive.

  • You must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. As a company, we believe in paying people based on the value they generate at the business.

  • You must be willing to disagree and commit. As a growing business, there will be lots of decisions that get made and changes that occur during your time at the company. Some of which you'll agree with and some you won't, we strongly believe that the best team members have the ability to disagree and commit (i.e., going with a decision after it has been made regardless of whether or not you agree).

  • You must believe the status quo is unacceptable. As a growing company and as individuals, we believe the status quo is unacceptable. Everyone should be relentless in striving to be the best version of themselves and figure out ways to create more value at the company, enhance our client's results, and grow professionally. The question should always be "How can I be better" rather than "How can expectations be adjusted".
