Graphic Designer (Amazon experience required)

Key Responsibilities

Create Amazon-Optimized Assets
  • Design hero images, infographics, and lifestyle composites that drive conversion on Amazon listings
  • Produce A+ Content banners, Amazon Storefront visuals, and Posts
  • Create color and size variant displays optimized for Amazon's image requirements
  • Ensure all Amazon assets meet platform technical specifications and are optimized for mobile and desktop
Design Across Digital Platforms
  • Design creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Produce email marketing banners, headers, and visual templates
  • Create website banners, landing page visuals, and promotional graphics
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats and dimensions for each platform's specifications
Collaborate with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, product, and operations teams to translate product benefits and customer pain points into compelling visuals
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across all digital assets and platforms
  • Support campaign launches with timely delivery of all required creative assets
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and ideation sessions with the broader team
Maintain & Evolve Visual Guidelines
  • Help develop, document, and enforce brand style guides across all product lines
  • Build and maintain an organized library of design templates, working files, and approved assets for team use
  • Ensure all output reflects current brand standards and supports a consistent visual identity
Manage Multiple Projects
  • Deliver high-quality creative work on deadline across multiple concurrent projects and brands
  • Stay organized and adaptable while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate proactively on project status, timelines, and any production blockers
Stay Current with Trends
  • Monitor best practices in Amazon listing design, conversion optimization, and e-commerce creative trends
  • Track design and platform trends across social media to keep brand visuals competitive and engaging
  • Recommend creative improvements and test new visual approaches to boost engagement and sales performance
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an eCommerce or Amazon-focused role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, product imagery, packaging, and e-commerce design
  • Experience creating Amazon listing assets: main images, infographics, A+ content, and storefronts
  • Skilled in visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout design
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines while improving visual storytelling and increasing conversion rates
  • Familiarity with image optimization for web and mobile (file sizes, ratios, responsiveness)
  • Strong eye for detail, alignment, and pixel precision
  • Experience using Canva or similar design collaboration tools
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally with marketing, product, and 3D design teams
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or working with Amazon brands
  • Familiarity with packaging mockups or design for print
  • Experience using tools like Figma, Trello, or Slack for project coordination
