We are seeking a reliable, versatile, and hardworking Handyman to join our client team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards across our premises and enjoys the variety that comes with a multi-faceted role.

The ideal candidate will be a genuine all-rounder with a can-do attitude, capable of turning their hand to various tasks throughout the day. From facilities maintenance and grounds upkeep to waste management and local deliveries, no two days will be the same. We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, works well independently, and takes ownership of ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs
  • Performing minor repairs to doors, windows, locks, and fixtures throughout the facility
  • Carrying out basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and replacing taps
  • Undertaking basic electrical work including changing light bulbs, replacing switches, and testing emergency lighting
  • Painting and decorating internal and external areas as required to maintain appearance standards
  • Assembling and installing furniture, shelving, and equipment
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and completing work orders efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work completed
  • Supporting with local collections/Deliveries
  • Emptying of bins
  • Collection of pallets and supporting with keeping the yard presentable
