We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as grinder, dozers, wheel loader, excavators, and knuckleboom, with precision and safety awareness.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to occupational safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment operation.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience operating heavy machinery such as grinders, dozers, wheel loaders, excavators, and knuckleboom.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and routine equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Valid commercial driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and occupational safety regulation compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
