We are currently seeking an Elite High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our team. This is not a role for beginners, prospectors, or lead generators. This is a pure closing position designed for a seasoned sales assassin who thrives in high-stakes environments and demands to be compensated for their undisputed ability to generate revenue.

The Opportunity

You will be stepping into a high-leverage environment where your sole focus is taking qualified, high-intent prospects across the finish line. You will be pitching and closing premium marketing retainers starting from ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per month . We provide the ammunition; you pull the trigger.

If you are a master of human psychology, advanced negotiation, and objection handling—and you have the track record to prove it—this is where your skills will be maximally rewarded.

What You Will Do (The Role)

  • Pure Closing: Conduct high-level discovery and closing calls with qualified C-level executives, founders, and decision-makers. No cold calling or prospecting required.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: Masterfully navigate complex negotiations for deals valued at ₹3 Lakhs to ₹4 Lakhs+ per month, maintaining our premium positioning without discounting our value.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Meticulously manage your active pipeline of bottom-of-the-funnel prospects, ensuring swift follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Consultative Authority: Act as an authoritative consultant, diagnosing the deep-rooted business problems of our prospects and positioning Affluent Up as the absolute only solution.
Who You Are (The Requirements)
  • Experience: You possess 5 to 6 years of proven, verifiable experience in high-ticket B2B sales and closing.
  • Track Record: You have a documented history of closing retainers or contracts in the ₹3L-₹4L+ per month range.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the nuances of selling to Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, or E-commerce businesses is highly preferred.
  • Mindset: You are emotionally bulletproof. You possess extreme resilience, high emotional intelligence, and an unwavering belief in your ability to close.
  • Communication: Your spoken and written English is flawless, articulate, and highly persuasive.
The Compensation Structure We believe in rewarding elite performance while weeding out mediocrity. Our compensation structure is designed to heavily favor those who can actually close.
  • Month 1 (The Proving Ground): 100% Performance-Based. You eat what you kill. This is a high-ticket, target-driven period to prove your closing metrics align with your resume.
  • Month 2 & Beyond (The Partnership): Upon successfully hitting your Month 1 targets, you will be transitioned to a highly lucrative structure featuring a Fixed Base Pay + Performance-Based Targets .
