[Hiring] Amazon Brand Growth Specialist @Sitruna Consulting

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines only. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.

  • Take full ownership of driving growth and retention for a high-volume portfolio of client accounts.
  • Partner with clients to establish and execute quarterly and annual growth strategies, focusing on long-term brand direction over basic operational tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, confidently leading client calls and challenging strategies when necessary to drive results.
  • Monitor account KPIs to deliver weekly reports and lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Manage internal account workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and actively build internal processes like Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proactively identify and resolve Amazon-related challenges, including inventory, pricing, and competitor threats.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to pitch additional internal services and maximize account value.

Qualifications

  • You are a strategic and growth-minded Amazon expert who will lead a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Moving beyond day-to-day operations, you will focus on long-term brand equity, client retention, and revenue growth.
  • You have deep, practical knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, strong project management skills, and the confidence to lead client relationships and direct internal teams.
  • You must be target-driven, a proactive problem solver, and highly organized.
  • You must be currently residing in the Philippines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven success in a client-facing Amazon e-commerce agency, aggregator, or accelerator role.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts (10+) simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined in a remote work environment.
  • Experience building internal processes, workflows, or team SOPs.
  • Track record of leading internal culture or departmental initiatives.
