HUBSPOT PLATFORM CHAMPION

ROLE TYPE: Permanent

SHIFT TIMINGS: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)

EXPERIENCE: 5–6+ years, HubSpot-specific

WORK MODE: Remote / Ahmedabad

FUNCTION: HubSpot Practice Leadership & RevOps

About the Role

Mavlers is building out its HubSpot practice from the ground up, and we're looking for a HubSpot Platform Champion to own it end to end. This is a founder-style role for someone who has lived inside the HubSpot ecosystem for years - as a consultant, an implementer, and a trusted advisor to clients - and is now ready to build and lead a team rather than just be part of one.

You'll be the single point of accountability for HubSpot delivery, presales, and revenue operations at Mavlers: scoping and winning client engagements, architecting and overseeing delivery, hiring and mentoring a team of HubSpot specialists, and shaping how we package and price our HubSpot services. This mirrors the scope of our existing Salesforce Platform Champion role - same charter, same level of ownership - applied to the HubSpot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Building & Team Leadership
  • Build the HubSpot practice at Mavlers from scratch - define the delivery methodology, service offerings, and quality standards from day one.
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of HubSpot consultants and specialists as the practice scales.
  • Set technical and delivery standards, review team output, and act as the final escalation point for complex client challenges.
  • Create internal enablement material, playbooks, and training so the practice can scale beyond any single person's bandwidth.
  • Presales & Client Consulting
  • Lead presales calls and discovery sessions with prospective clients, translating business needs into HubSpot-based solutions.
  • Scope engagements, estimate effort, and prepare proposals and statements of work.
  • Act as a trusted HubSpot consultant/advisor - not just an implementer - helping clients think through their revenue architecture, not just their tool configuration.
  • Represent Mavlers in client-facing conversations with confidence, credibility, and strong communication - this is a relationship-carrying role, not a back-office one.
  • Delivery & Solution Architecture
  • Own end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs for global clients.
  • Architect CRM configurations, workflows, integrations, and migrations, and review the team's technical work for quality and scalability.
  • Step into delivery directly on complex or high-stakes engagements, especially early in the practice's life.
  • Revenue Operations & Commercial Ownership
  • Own the RevOps dimension of client engagements - lifecycle-stage design, lead scoring, attribution, and sales-marketing alignment - not just automation execution.
  • Draft service packages and pricing structures for each client based on scope, complexity, and ongoing support needs.
  • Contribute commercial input into how Mavlers prices and packages HubSpot services as the practice matures.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with global clients across time zones, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Build long-term client trust that leads to renewals, expansions, and referrals - this role is as much about client retention as delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–6+ years of specific, hands-on HubSpot experience - not HubSpot as one tool among many.
  • Prior experience in an agency or consultancy environment, ideally having worked directly with global/international clients.
  • Demonstrated presales experience - scoping, proposing, and winning client engagements, not just executing signed scopes.
  • Experience building or scaling a team or practice, or clear readiness to take on that responsibility for the first time.
  • Strong RevOps orientation - comfortable designing revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Service, not just building workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - this role is highly client-facing and requires confidence on presales and delivery calls alike.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the HubSpot ecosystem and platform - this role needs someone who wants to build something, not just staff a role.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to build and lead a practice from zero, with real ownership over its direction and shape.
  • Direct exposure to global clients and high-visibility engagements from day one.
  • A permanent role with long-term growth potential as the HubSpot practice scales.
  • A collaborative environment with an established, successful sister practice (Salesforce) to learn from and align with.
