What You'll Do
As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing and enhancing all aspects of Human Resources, including:- Leading end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Driving performance management and employee development initiatives
- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
- Developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices
- Ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated statutory requirements
- Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team
- Managing day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving HR processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, government-mandated statutory requirements, and HR policies and best practices
- Proven experience across key HR functions, including:

- Performance Management

- HR Operations
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
- Must currently reside within Metro Manila. Preference will be given to candidates who are already living in Metro Manila, as relocation is not available for this role.
