Human Resources Manager | Permanent Remote Job

What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing and enhancing all aspects of Human Resources, including:
  • Leading end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Driving performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated statutory requirements
  • Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the HR team
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving HR processes
What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, government-mandated statutory requirements, and HR policies and best practices
  • Proven experience across key HR functions, including:
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Learning and Development
  • HR Operations
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
Location & Work Requirements To ensure operational efficiency and support our business needs, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Must currently reside within Metro Manila. Preference will be given to candidates who are already living in Metro Manila, as relocation is not available for this role.
  • Willing to work mid-shift schedules
  • Available to start immediately (ASAP)
