Implementation Engineer, Customer Support – APAC

Job Description:

  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Bitwarden and its product portfolio
  • Lead proof-of-concept trials, new deployments, and integrations of Bitwarden containerized services
  • Advise customers on industry best practices for the full Bitwarden stack
  • Work with enterprise customers to solve current issues and identify future solutions
  • Provide guidance and assistance for customer implementations, technology-stack integrations, and general security
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product associates
  • Assist in planning, developing, and presenting live technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
  • Document and share customer feedback from collaborative sessions

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and grammar
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Project planning, including collaborative and individual time management
  • Passion for supporting team members, growing technical ability and emotional intelligence, and sharing knowledge
  • Strong empathy and ability to advocate for others
  • Passion for helping Bitwarden users
  • Experience from a previous technical position, such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer
  • Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted
  • Ability and desire to work remotely
  • Familiarity with several preferred technologies and areas, including Bitwarden; Linux, Windows, and macOS; Docker, Kubernetes, and Podman; NFS and CIFS; Bash and PowerShell; identity platforms; GCP, AWS, and Azure; Android and iOS; GitHub; NGINX; SQL; TCP/IP; DNS; HTTP; SMTP; SSO using SAML and OpenID Connect; SCIM; TLS/SSL and PKI; RESTful APIs
