Our infrastructure platform, Vetta, powers long-running, high-volume agent workloads.<br><br>We’ve raised a $28.5M Series A from Nexus Venture Partners, Y Combinator, Zetta Venture Partners, Liquid 2 and leading operators.<br><br>The Role<br><br>Own video production for Naive across ad creatives, launch videos, product demos and tutorials. You’ll work directly with the founders and growth team, taking videos from concept and storyboarding through editing, motion design and final delivery.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br><ul><li>Create ad creatives with strong hooks, clear messaging and compelling product storytelling</li><li>Produce polished launch videos for new products, features and autonomous companies</li><li>Build tutorials and product demos that make Naive easy to understand and use</li><li>Own editing, motion graphics, pacing, sound design, color and captions</li><li>Test different hooks, cuts and formats using performance data and audience feedback</li><li>Establish a high bar for visual quality, consistency and production speed<br><br></li></ul>Must-Haves<br><br><ul><li>Strong portfolio of ad creatives, launch videos or product tutorials</li><li>Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with AI video, image and voice tools</li><li>Experience working with startups, software companies or AI products</li><li>High agency — you independently take projects from a rough brief to a finished video<br><br></li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<br><br><ul><li>Experience producing performance ads and iterating based on retention and conversion data</li><li>Experience building reusable motion graphics templates and visual styles</li><li>Ex-founder or early startup employee<br><br></li></ul>P.S.
