  • Passenger records and booking information remain current.
  • Customer documents are accurate, helpful and delivered on time.
  • Risks, errors and operational changes are communicated promptly.
  • DMCs and customers receive professional and timely communication.
  • The owner can see the current status of every tour without searching through emails and spreadsheets.

Required Experience

  • Experience communicating with international suppliers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple departures, deadlines and supplier relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection and backup connectivity.

Working Arrangement

  • Ongoing, full-time independent-contractor engagement
  • Approximately 40 hours of weekly capacity
  • Working hours that overlap with the European morning, with the working day ending no later than 7:00 p.m. Philippine time
  • Regular communication with the company owner
