IT Product Manager (Senior - Head) - WFH/Remote

WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Management to lead product strategy and drive the development of customer-focused solutions within the transportation, mobility, or technology space.

Position: Head of Product Management

Salary: PHP 100,000–120,000

Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote

Schedule: Midshift / Night Shift

Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in product management, preferably within transportation, mobility, or technology sectors
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, anticipate industry trends, and translate insights into actionable product strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and user research techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of product management fundamentals, including prioritization, roadmapping, and Agile methodology
  • Deep customer empathy and strong focus on delivering value and enhancing user experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Product management certifications are a plus
