Job Description
- Provide timely IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both onsite and remotely.
- Manage and maintain IT hardware, systems, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Coordinate end-to-end IT onboarding for new employees, including equipment procurement, setup, account provisioning, and user training.
- Monitor and implement system updates, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support regional and global IT initiatives, projects, and technology rollouts.
- Ensure users have reliable access to technology resources that support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an IT support or end-user support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiarity with network diagnostic tools and commands, including Ping, Nslookup, and PuTTY.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
