We are an established and rapidly growing E-Commerce company currently managing several brands within 2 main divisions: Posh Baby & Kids is a distributor of high-end kids products and owns brands such as the Bentley Trike, McLaren Scooters, and Dwinguler.

The second division contains our line of brands that deal with commercial and residential matting products and manages brands such as Canada Mats, Coco Mats N More, Mat Supplier Group.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a full-time team member to join us as a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper while working at the comfort of your home. We are looking for someone who is ecstatic and enthusiastic to learn new skill sets every day to join our company. Someone who is willing to work the graveyard shift (PST Time), self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent in communication, and passionate about learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Full cycle Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Bank and Credit Card Accounts reconciliation.
  • Accounting activities focus on cloud-based accounting software such as Xero Accounting and Dear Inventory.
  • Assistance with Purchasing/Analysis of sales data.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Diploma in Accounting (board passer not required but is an advantage).
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic.
  • Must be willing to work the night shift
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow stand procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google suite.
Experience:
  • Accounting: At least 2 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: At least 2 years (preferred)
  • Excel/Word: At least 2 years (preferred)
Job Type: Full time (Work from home)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shift (PST- Pacific Standard Time )
Interviews are conducted 9:30 AM PST (12:30AM Philippine time) MONTHLY SALARY: 40,000 - 60,000 PHP (Depending on your experience)
